During January 23rd and February 22nd, www.BIGFISH.ro provides its clients the opportunity to buy products with Romanian VAT reimbursement (24%) of the value of the total invoice value issued.
The VAT reimbursement is made on a special coupon issued for each invoice.
The coupon may be used during March 24th – April 6th 2015 paying upmost 24% of the value of the invoices.
If the value of the coupon is over 24% of the value of the purchase invoices, only the 24% will be reduced from the invoice value (the VAT of the invoice issued). The difference of the value of the coupon may not be returned and may not be used for other orders.

1. Organizer and official regulation of the campaign
The organizer of the “VAT returned” promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”, respectively the “Promotional Campaign) is SC BIG FISH Articole de pescuit & nada SRL, a Romanian company with registered office in Bucharest, 132 Sos. Iancului, bl. 121A, sc. A, ap. 12, 5th floor, District 2, registered with the Trade Register of Bucharest under no. J40/5313/2005, URC RO17382878, Account RO07BTRL04401202H92294XX, open with Banca TRANSILVANIA, STEFAN CEL MARE Subsidiary, telephone 021 211 4249 / 021 210 0666.
The campaign regulation and details are freely available on www.bigfish.ro and in the organizer’s showroom over the campaign period.
2. Legal grounds
This Regulation is according to the provisions of G.O. 99/2000 on market products and services trading, as amended and supplemented.
All participants are guaranteed their rights under Law 677/2001 and under the Romanian laws on commercial notifications and the Organizer undertakes to meet all the legal conditions enforceable to this campaign for the protection of the participating consumers’ rights.
3. Duration of the promotional campaign, area of deployment and right of participation
The promotional campaign is conducted throughout Romania from January 23rd to February 22nd 2015, in accordance with this Regulation.
This promotional campaign addresses both individuals and companies purchasing on www.bigfish.ro fishing products on stock or deliverable during this campaign. The only manufacturer not subject to this campaign is Shimano.
This promotional campaign is not cumulative with other promotions and discounts applied by the Organizer in the same period with this campaign.
4. 4. Promotional campaign development
This promotional campaign consists in providing the customers of www.bigfish.ro with discount coupons with net value equal to the value of the Romanian VAT of the purchase invoice of the acquisition made during this campaign.
The coupons value is calculated as follows= Product price : 1.24 X 0.24 (i.e. 100 euro : 1.24 X 0.24= 19.35 euro)
The discount coupons shall be issued and delivered to the customers electronically by the Organizer.
These discount coupons may be used as payment of 24% of the value of any products purchased from www.bigfish.ro online store or from the Organizer’s showroom on 126 Aurel Vlaicu Street, District 2, Bucharest, telephone 021 211 4249 / 021 210 0666.
The discount coupons may be used during their validity period, that is starting with the 24th of March until the 6th of April 2015, up to 24% of the purchases but not greater than the nominal value of the coupon.
The discount coupons obtained by the clients are not transferable.
The customer has to point out the unique codes of the discount coupons issued on their name, for each payment of the products purchased from the Organizer. The aggregation of several discount coupons is accepted to pay one single command.
5. D5. Discount coupons and granting thereof
DThe discount coupons are sent to the customers by the Organizer by e-mail to the address associated with the www.bigfish.ro online store customer account within 2 (two) business days from the issuance of the invoice by the Organizer.
The discount coupons may be used to pay for the products purchased from the Organizer during the period mentioned in this campaign Regulation.
The coupon may cover up to 24% of the invoice value of the products bought from the Organizer. If the coupon value exceeds 24% of the products, the money difference shall not be refunded to the customer and may not be used to pay for another product.
In case of reversal of the invoice that the discount coupon has been obtained on, the coupon shall be cancelled unless used, or it shall be deducted from the amount returned to the customer after reversal, if already used by the customer.
The customers who have already received the discount coupons may not and are not entitled to receive totally or partially the consideration into money or other objects in return and they are not entitled to require the modification of the conditions of granting and valorization thereof.
6. Communication with the Organizer
Any issue reported by any participant in this promotional campaign shall be notified to the Organizer by email to contact@bigfish.ro
The Organizer’s answers and decisions are final and irrevocable.
The Organizer reserves the right to respond only to the requests it considers justified.
The Organizer of the promotional campaign is entitled to require the cancellation of the discount coupons if obtained by fraud or if it is subsequently found that the receipt thereof has been made without compliance with the rules laid down in this Regulation.
7. Taxes and fees
The Campaign Organizer is not responsible for the payment of other financial obligations related to the promotional campaign except for the legal ones.
8. Final Provisions
In case of force majeure, the Organizer may decide upon the end of this promotional campaign at any time and shall inform the participants thereon in the shortest time.
The Organizer does not assume liability for the inability of participation in this campaign due to software errors or due to causes not directly dependent on the Organizer, such as technical failures of the Internet service provider etc.
The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for incorrect personal data provided by the participants or for any other factors which might affect the right to participate in this campaign, outside the organizer's fault.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend this Regulation, this amendment producing effects upon publication of that piece of information on www.bigfish.ro
