The name "Tatula" stands for outstanding quality, as well as the latest technologies and innovations for years. Accurate scanning of submerged structures is of enormous importance when fishing for perch and zander with soft lures. Recognizing extremely hard or soft ground is a huge advantage when it comes to finding the right places. Also, presenting soft and hard lures with twitching technique is considerably easier with a fast and stiff blank.

Tatula rods especially bring together these features, fast and very stiff blanks made of HVF carbon fiber combined with Daiwa's exclusive X45 technology, which allows the design of fast and stiff rods. In contrast to normal carbon fiber rods with a high resin content in the space between the carbon fibers, the DAIWA HVF is made of a carbon fiber compound with less resin, called HVF - as the resin has a high weight, the HVF rods are more condensed, lighter and offer a fast action.

X45 technology is a special carbon fiber material with the aim of improving torsional resistance. Conventional carbon fibers are always layered at a 90-degree angle. With the new X45 material, they are laid at a 45-degree angle, making the rods stronger and more resistant to stress. Despite the increased danger of deformation, flexibility is maintained. This means that the X45 rods are not only strong and cast more precisely, but also help the angler to present the lures in a delicate way and to end the drill with the fish safely.

The V-Joint is the foundation for a truly harmonious bend and, in addition, supports the fast and even bend of the Tatulas. The V-Joint is a special joint on the spigot - the spigot and blank are made of a special BIAS carbon fiber material, exclusively used by Daiwa. The carbon fibers follow a 45-degree angle. The result is a thinner joint and a perfect bend. Equipped with lightweight Fuji Alconite guides, Fuji chuck and premium EVA split handle, these modern rods offer high power reserves.
