After the launch of the No Limit model, Zsolt decided to introduce the most sophisticated Bolognese rod project he has been involved in so far—the Concourse Bolo model, the flagship and highest-performing Bolognese rod in the portfolio. Built with two key principles: reduced weight and firm hold—fast action (arrow-like).

To build such a high-performance Bolognese rod, let’s go through its core components:

Nanocarbon T46 Toray – The carbon strips produced by the Japanese for the aerospace industry are the only ones that can provide such high rigidity at such a small diameter. The butt section is reduced in diameter, and the weight is incredible (280g at 7m and 210g at 6m). These figures are astonishing for a pole, let alone a series of Bolognese rods.

Fuji Alconite guides paired with a Fuji reel seat – A Japanese supplier that needs no introduction, producing components that equip all top-tier rods worldwide. Extremely lightweight but offering fantastic tension resistance.

Section protection system with foam sleeves for safer folding.

Laser-engraved ferrule in the butt section – an addition to the simple yet highly elegant design.

A custom-shaped rod bag with space for quick reel placement.
