The Daiwa Laguna LT JB4 is an exceptional reel from the Light & Tough range. It was designed by the best engineers, using the best components and materials in making the Daiwa Laguna LT reel. A first advantage is that the reel comes equipped with Daiwa J-Braid X4 fluorescent yellow textile thread, being ready to be used.

The reel has a DS4 polycarbonate body and the gears are made of torsion-resistant material, very well balanced and do not produce vibrations during recovery. The Automatic Tournament Drag (ATD) braking system features oversized discs for precise braking. The aluminum handle is provided with a rubber knob, pleasant to the touch. The modern design and the superior quality of the materials, being among the first aspects that will motivate the modern fisherman in choosing this new reel from the range of the manufacturer Daiwa.

The Tough Digigear system ensures uniform operation, is very resistant, offers an instant transmission of power to the recovery and increased endurance, which makes this reel model a reliable companion even for the most active fishing parties, with hundreds of recoveries and releases per day. The ATD braking system guarantees smooth operation without initial resistance and offers optimized traction power with high sensitivity at the same time.

LT (LIGHT and TOUGH) - Daiwa technology that translates into new reduced dimensions of the reels, which makes them stronger than ever. Daiwa engineers set out to eliminate unnecessary weight, without giving up power, keeping the same line capacity on the reel. Redesigned, with a minimalist profile, harder Digigear gear, all this makes the LT, the lightest and most durable Daiwa reel.

ATD™ (Automatic Drag System) - the braking system excels through a much more delicate passage of the braking intervals, and as a consequence it is perfectly suitable for the use of textile threads. With ATD, braking starts immediately, right from the start, and the transition to the preset braking force is done in a fraction of a second, thus eliminating wire breakage during mechanical stress
